Spring Workshop – a live 60 minute Yoga class from India. 7th June at 2pm at Paddock Wood Community Centre. All abilities welcome. Light refreshments after £30

Summer Workshop – Yoga at Sunrise in the lavender fields, 7.30am to 9.30am at Castle Farm, Sevenoaks. 11th July 2026. 60 minute practice and a chance to wander around the lavender fields afterwards.
