The Summer Workshop for 2025 was a massive hit! We found a Yoga studio with its own private jetty to a purpose built Yoga studio in the middle of a lake. There was just the sound of the birds as we took our practice.

Here are 3 new workshops for 2026! 

Early Summer workshop – A live class from India! 7th June at 2pm. All abilities welcome. Light refreshments afterwards. Paddock Wood Community Centre, £30.

Summer Workshop – Experience taking your Yoga practice in a lavender field at sunrise! 11th July, Castle Farm, Sevenoaks. 60 minute class then time to explore the lavender field. Light refreshments £35. Picnic at Knole Park after (optional)

Autumn Workshop – Saturday 12th September at 1.30pm using Yoga staffs as a prop! A fun and novel way to enjoy your Yoga practice. Time and cost to be confirmed.
